Day Training & Training Walks (Daycare Add-On)

Make the most of your dog’s daycare day by adding a 30-minute, one-on-one training session with Marlisa.

● Session Focus Areas: Basic obedience, polite greetings, confidence building, relaxation protocols, mental enrichment, loose-leash skills, outdoor confidence, or reactivity management.

● What’s Included: 30-minute individual session, in-house training notes, video clips in the daycare report card, and follow-up training consultations at no additional cost.

● Schedule: Available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (typically 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM). 24-hour advance booking required.

● Rate: $40 per session added to a full day of daycare

Puppy Day Training

Build the foundation for a confident, well-mannered dog. Designed for puppies 4 to 7 months of age, this program focuses on positive habits, socialization, and core life skills.

🐾 Program Structure: 4–6 week training program combining full-day daycare with dedicated individual training.

🐾 Curriculum: Potty walks, age-appropriate socialization, basic obedience, manners, confidence exercises, and mental enrichment.

🐾 AKC Recognition: Includes the opportunity to earn the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy designation.

🐾 Requirements: Puppies must be fully vaccinated and present a negative fecal examination.

Pricing: Full-Day Daycare rate + $45 training fee (Package options available upon request).

Group Training Classes

Parent/handler participation is required for all group courses.

Rate: $150 (Four 60-minute weekly sessions)

  • Walk the Dog: Go beyond basic exercise to turn walks into relationship-building moments. Focuses on leash handling techniques, engagement, and effective communication skills. Great for owners and prospective professional handlers.

  • Urban Dog Etiquette: Designed specifically for city living. Covers loose-leash walking around real-world distractions, polite greetings, relaxation protocols, and preparation for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) test.

  • Petite Paws: Created for dogs weighing 25 lbs. or less. Focuses on building confidence, comfort, and good manners tailored to how small dogs experience a big world. Obedience, polite greetings, confidence building, relaxation protocols, mental enrichment, loose-leash skills, outdoor confidence, or reactivity management.
